2nd Half
The second half was a disappointment The Miami Heat forgot to show up for the second half, the effort would of been better if we had our D-League team out there. Where do I begin to describe how the second half went;
The Heats defense looked lazy in the 3rd quarter and on offense continued to turn the ball over, the positive was that Chris Bosh continued to play well, shooting and driving to the basket. Dwayne Wade continued to move well and was playing very hard defense and Lebron James & Kevin Durant got into a shootout like they were in the wild wild west.
Kevin Durant continued his hot streak in the second half shooting from all over the floor, the rest of the team kept shooting three's and hitting them. The Thunder at one point were up by 12 before coach Erik Spoelstra called a time out. Fast break points and turnovers continued to be the downfall of the Heat. Kevin Durant was looking to be aggressive all game against Lebron James and basically anyone that was covering him. The Thunder Finished the 3rd quarter leading 91-75, Kevin Durant was a one man show who could not be stopped, at one point lead his team to a 23 point lead 93-75 in the 4th quarter.
In the End it was two many three's, too many turnovers and too Much Kevin Durant who finished with 33 points and earned his twelveth consecutive thirty point game at 12 games. The Heats Chris Bosh quickly faded thru the second half and the heats bench was just plain ole bad tonight, they were out scored by the Thunder's bench and Lebron James finished the game with 34 points, the final score 112-95 Oklahoma City Thunder.
